When it came time for me to pick a Title to put a "stamp" on what it is I do exactly it was hard to come up with something that covered the vast amount of Technology solutions I offer. I can repair PlaySation's, Xbox's and replace laptop screens to name a few things. That's why I used the title Technology Consultant. It basically covered in 2 words all I can do for you.

Complete On-site PC Computer Repair and Service

The majority of what I do falls under this category. You schedule an appointment for me to come to your home or small business and I repair, upgrade, remove virus's and perform dozens of other onsite PC consultation. My hourly rate is so much lower than the competition and my knowledge of all things PC, Microsoft Windows and all PC related hardware is so vast you won't believe what I can do to help you. In no time you'll be on your way to using your technology the way it was intended to be used for. Let me show you what I can accomplish with just one appointment.

Data Backup and Fresh Installation of Windows

One of the most popular services I offer is what I like to call a "Computer refresh". Basically I take your computer and bring your PC back to my office. I backup all of your data to my server. I then completely re-format the Hard Drive and re-install Windows. I install every Windows update as well as virus software and a few other common applications you need. Then I put all of your data, including photos, videos, bookmarks, etc. back onto the PC and it works like the day you bought it. After many years of using Windows, installing applications and removing them, Windows get bogged down with all kinds of junk. After a while you just need to backup and re-install a fresh copy of Windows.

Wired and Wireless Security Camera Installation

A few years ago I received a call from someone who wanted to install a few wireless cameras' in their home to monitor the babysitter when they were at work. That began a whole new service that I began to offer to other concerned parents as well as small business owners with restaurant's and deli's that needed to have surveillance either in their home or at their business. I do not install security systems, just security cameras. Wired or wireless. You can monitor them from anywhere in the world at any time to make sure everything is OK where it needs to be.

Training on Virtually Any Device or Software Program

Whether you just bought a new iPad, computer, Android phone or tablet I can sit down with you and easily explain the workings of that particular device so that you can get everything you want out of it. I can even show you how to use computer applications such as Photoshop or Microsoft Office. I am very skilled in Word and Outlook and can teach you all I know so that you can use these applications to their fullest extent. It really doesn't matter what you want to learn when it comes to technology. I have you covered. I am very patient and explain things in an easy to understand way while you take notes or just try to listen and remember. If you're unsure if there is something I might not be able to help you with just ask. I will do the research on my own if I have to in order to be able to help you learn a new technology.

Start to Finish Wired and Wireless Networking Solutions

Several years ago I started working for a company that installed wired computer networks. I studied to become a low voltage electrician to do these jobs and I became so good at it that when I decided to start my own Technology Company I knew that I would include that as part of the services I offered. I can conceal all the wiring for wired networks and I can pretty much setup a solid reliable wireless network in your home or office. I know all the equipment very well and also have installed dozens of networks start to finish both large and small. Since it's just me at this point, for a wired network in a small business I would like to keep it to no more than 15 - 20 network drops. I can custom terminate the network or phone cables and get your infrastructure up and running. After all, this technology all needs to communicate and be on the internet so that's what I can do for you.

Home Theater Installation and Configuration

I have been into my own personal Home Theater for 15 years now. I guess it goes along with my passion for all things technology. In those 15 years I have installed many Home Theater systems in my own home as well as friends and family's homes. I am familiar with all types of receivers and HDTV's as well as streaming devices like the Apple TV, Roku, Google Chromecast and Amazon Fire. I am also well versed in setting up and repairing gaming consoles. I can mount your TV on the wall like a beautiful picture and you can enjoy your music and movies the way it was intended.
